Privacy Policy

xBullRadar ("xBullRadar", "we", "us") operates the market terminal at xbullradar.com — multi-signal stock analytics, prediction-market data and trading tools, and an AI market copilot. For anything in this policy, contact admin@xbullradar.com.

• Account data — your email address (we authenticate with emailed magic links; there are no passwords) and your subscription tier.
• Portfolio & watchlist data — tickers, holdings and preferences you enter into the terminal.
• Messages — questions you send to the AI copilot, market chat messages, and support conversations.
• Wallet addresses — if you connect or create a wallet for trading, we process its public blockchain address. We never hold your private keys.
• Usage & technical data — session cookies, request logs, quota counters (e.g. daily copilot questions) and approximate region (used for legal geo-gating of the trading surface).
• Billing status — subscription state from Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and never touch our servers.

To provide and secure the service: authenticating you, rendering your portfolio and signals, answering copilot questions, enforcing usage quotas, processing subscriptions, providing support, moderating chat, and sending service emails (sign-in links, support replies). We do not sell your personal information or run third-party advertising trackers.

Copilot and sentiment features are powered by xAI's Grok models. When you ask the copilot a question, your question and relevant market/portfolio context are sent to xAI for processing. Don't include sensitive personal information in copilot or chat messages — it isn't needed to answer market questions.

We use a small set of processors to run the service:

• Vercel — hosting and edge network (US-hosted).
• Upstash — database for accounts, portfolios and caches.
• Stripe — subscription billing and card processing.
• xAI — AI model inference (Grok).
• Privy — embedded wallet infrastructure for trading.
• Polymarket & Ondo Finance — market data, and execution when you choose to trade. Trades are governed by their terms and privacy policies.
• Financial Modeling Prep — stock price and fundamentals data.

These providers process data outside your country (primarily the United States). Public blockchains are public: any on-chain transaction you sign is permanently visible to anyone.

We set one first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep account data while your account is active. Shared market caches expire automatically. To delete your account and associated personal data, email admin@xbullradar.com from your account address — we'll action it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing or security reasons (and anything already recorded on a public blockchain, which we cannot erase).

Depending on where you live (including under the Australian Privacy Act and the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to complain to your local privacy regulator. Email us and we'll help.

Data is encrypted in transit, secrets are stored in managed infrastructure, and card data never reaches us. No system is perfectly secure — use a private email account and keep control of your inbox, since sign-in links are emailed. xBullRadar is for adults: you must be 18 or older.

We'll update this policy as the product evolves and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email.
