Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of xBullRadar (xbullradar.com). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. You must be 18 or older. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

xBullRadar is an informational analytics terminal: it aggregates market data, X/Twitter sentiment, technicals, fundamentals and prediction-market odds, and provides an AI copilot that discusses them. Signals, verdicts, odds and copilot answers are informational only and not investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or financial services licensee. We never take custody of your funds. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset; you alone decide what to do and bear the risk. Trading — especially prediction markets and tokenized assets — can lose your entire stake.

Copilot and sentiment features are generated by AI (xAI's Grok) grounded in third-party data. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and may cite posts whose claims are false. Verify before acting; never treat AI output as advice.

Any trading happens on third-party platforms — prediction markets on Polymarket's order book, tokenized stocks on Ondo Finance — using a wallet that you control. Orders are signed by your wallet and settle on public blockchains; we cannot reverse, cancel or recover them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are lawful and available where you live (both apply regional restrictions, and we geo-gate the trading surface where required). Network fees and slippage are yours.

We may earn revenue from the platforms we link to. In particular, links to Polymarket from xBullRadar are referral links — xBullRadar may earn a share of the trading fees generated by accounts created through them — and Ondo Finance links may be affiliate arrangements. This never changes the price you pay on those platforms, and it does not influence the signals or odds we display.

• Pro is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime via Stripe's billing portal — you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. No pro-rata refunds for partial months, except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
• Pro features are subject to fair-use limits (e.g. daily copilot question caps) to keep the service fast for everyone. We may adjust limits with notice.
• Price changes apply from the next billing cycle after we notify you.

Don't:

• break the law, manipulate markets, or use the service where it is unlawful;
• scrape, resell or redistribute our data or signals without written permission;
• probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or evade quotas and geo-gates;
• post abusive, unlawful or spam content in chat (we may moderate or remove it);
• share your account. One human per account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

The service — its code, design, signals and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. Market data belongs to its providers. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service; we get a licence to host and display content you submit (e.g. chat messages) in order to run the service.

The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that data is accurate or complete, that signals will be profitable, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms (material changes flagged in-app or by email — continued use means acceptance) and may discontinue features or the service. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes belong to the Australian courts.
